- Does my free trial have limited access to features?
No, all features are included during the free trial session. We want that you have a complete experience of using the products.
- Do I need to enter my credit card information to register?
We do not ask for your credit card information to sign up for the free trial, you can use our products for 14 days without entering any information.
- What happens if I did not have time to use the tool during my free trial period?
If you don’t have time to try all the features of the product during your trial, you can contact us to arrange another session. It is best to try all the features of the product to make sure it meets your needs.
- What happens at the end of my free trial?
If you have selected a pricing plan before the end of the free trial period, then your free trial period will be stopped and automatically continued with the same plan. It is possible to cancel the account subscription at any time.
If you have not chosen the pricing plan, then the account will be frozen at the end of the free trial.
- How does the 14-day free trial work?
First, you have to register to our web platform. Then, you can load your .ifc file. And finally, download your .ifc database. During your free trial, project creation, .ifc upload and database download are unlimited.

- Is there any set-up fee?
There are no setup fees or hidden charges with any of our account pricing plans.
- What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as CB, Visa and Mastercard. If you wish to use another means of payment, please contact us via the live chat module.
- Am I bound by a contract?
There’s no contract. Our products are paid on a month-to-month or year-to-year basis. You can cancel at any time without penalty.
- Can I change my pricing plan later?
You are able to upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. You can modify your pricing plan in your personal space on the platform.

- Why do you have an Enterprise plan?
The Enterprise plan is intended for large teams, if the metrics of the Pro plan are too low, you can set up your own metrics. The more storage goes up, the more the price per Gb decreases.

- How do you define the global size of your pricing plan?
We count at least 150 Mb / .ifc and we estimate that each .ifc has three different reviews.
Starter plan : 5 .ifc x 3 reviews x 150 Mb = 2.25 Gb
Basic plan : 10 .ifc x 3 reviews x 150 Mb = 4.5 Gb
Pro plan : 20 .ifc x 3 reviews x 150 Mb = 9 Gb
- Why do you work “by projects”?
We know that a BIM project is composed of several .ifc files. On average, we count 5 .ifc files per project. Basically, you will have a design model (architectural), an engineering model (structural), a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning model (HVAC), a plumbing model and an electrical model. You will be able to manage all this on your platform account.
- What do you mean by "unlimited download"?
Once you have uploaded your .ifc file to our platform and run the converter, you can download your database to your computer in different formats. This download is unlimited.
